This online macaron course covers how to make macarons using the French method.

Instructor Troubleshooting Help
I (Megan Knudsvig) will be active inside the private Macaron Course Community Facebook group and I’m happy to offer guidance and troubleshooting advice there. While I’m not available for on-demand or 24/7 responses, I will check in regularly and you can typically expect a reply within a few business days.
I also encourage students to utilize the extensive troubleshooting resources throughout the course, and share their experiences and help one another in the facebook group. Some of the best learning happens when bakers share knowledge and support each other. The group is designed to be an encouraging space to share progress, cheer each other on, and support each other with advice and feedback.
